The entrepreneurial backbone of Custom Crust Kitchen, Angela brings a rich international culinary background and a relentless work ethic to the brand. Originally from Brazil, her journey has spanned continents, exploring the vibrant culinary traditions of both Brazil and Portugal, where she gained invaluable experience working in demanding restaurant environments.

Today, she is a highly respected and well-known business owner in the local community. As Christian's mother-in-law, Angela is the matriarch of this venture, ensuring that Custom Crust Kitchen remains true to its core identity: a genuine family business. Her visionary leadership, deep entrepreneurial experience, and uncompromising standard for quality are what elevate our kitchen from a simple pizzeria to a premium catering experience.

Christian De Brun

Founder & Director of Operations

Christian’s culinary journey began long before he stepped into a professional kitchen. Immigrating to the United States from Uruguay in 2001 at the age of 14, he learned the foundational love of cooking from his mother, who also built her life working in kitchens across the country. Starting from the ground up while still in high school, Christian carried a simple philosophy: whether washing dishes or catering a luxury event, always be the absolute best and make every guest feel at home.

Over the years, he climbed the ranks to General Manager, overseeing operations everywhere from high-volume venues to premium, high-end restaurants. In 2008, his trajectory changed when he immersed himself in authentic Italian cuisine at a legendary, landmark pizzeria in Springfield, Massachusetts. It was there that he truly honed his craft and developed a lifelong obsession with the art of the perfect dough. Today, Custom Crust Kitchen is the culmination of his deep-rooted passion for hospitality and his enduring culinary love.
